The controller

In short

  • The site has no registration, newsletter, forms, web shop or visitor analytics.
  • The site itself does not set any cookies in your browser.
  • We only receive personal data from you if you email or call us.
  • Fonts and all files are served from our own server. Only the YouTube content of the Videos page is loaded from a third party, see below.

Contacting us by email or phone

If you email or call us (booking, press, ordering a scent or anything else), we handle your name, your contact details and the content of your message.

  • Purpose: to answer you; for a scent order, to arrange and fulfil the order.
  • Legal basis: your consent; for an order, the performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
  • Retention: we keep the correspondence as long as needed to close the matter, at most 2 years, unless the law (for example accounting rules) requires longer.
  • We do not sell your data or pass it on to anyone for marketing.

Hosting and server

The site is a static website running on a server of HostingBázis Bt. in Hungary, operated by Reindeer Entertainment OÜ (Estonia). To serve a page, the server technically receives your IP address and basic browser data. The server keeps no access log for ronaiart.com; this data is neither stored nor analysed.

Third-party services

YouTube. On the Videos page, the video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube’s servers. The player itself only loads when you click a video, and then in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, playback falls under YouTube’s (Google’s) data processing. Details: Google Privacy Policy.

External links. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and ticketing sites open another site, where that site’s privacy rules apply.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, erased or its processing restricted, object to the processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. An email to the address above is enough; we answer within 30 days.

If you think we have violated your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu) or go to court.
